Early check-in and late check-out

Early check-in

Early check-in, i.e. check-in before 14.00, is charged as the cost of half a day, and is provided by the hotel if there are available rooms at the hotel at the time of the guest's arrival at the hotel ("non-guaranteed early check-in").

If the guest needs an early check-in guarantee in advance ("guaranteed early check-in"), the hotel holds the room for early check-in from the previous day, and the guest pays for the room retention service until check-out time in the amount of the cost of an additional day.

Late check-out

Late check-out in the period from 12.00 to 18.00 is paid additionally in the amount of 50% of the rate per day, check-out after 18.00 is paid as an additional full day. The terms of payment for early check-in and late check-out can be changed by the hotel by making changes to the rules of accommodation in force at the hotel.
